Complete renewal of the filter system
The customer contacted our technical team after noticing that the filter system was not working as effectively as before. Initial diagnostics revealed that the filter cartridges were worn out, water pressure was decreasing, and sediment was accumulating inside the system.
As part of the service, the filter was completely disassembled and cleaned, worn-out cartridges were replaced with new ones, and the overall performance of the system was restored.
After completing the process, the client was provided with the function of real-time monitoring of the filter device via his personal account.
How was the process carried out?
Each filter change requires a thorough technical approach to ensure the long-term and safe operation of the system. At this stage, the overall condition of the device is analyzed, possible risks are identified in advance, and the filter is ensured to operate at maximum performance.
What was the problem?
The main problem with this project was that the filter cartridges were completely clogged with dirt, causing a decrease in water flow. The sediment in the system not only reduced the filter's performance, but also led to major failures in long-term use.
As a result of the diagnostics, it was determined that the filter needed not only a cartridge change, but also a general service cleaning.
